There is a reason we are intrigued by female cyborgs and otherwise-robotic women. Is it how their beauty belies their deadliness? Is it how their soft femininity masks cold steel and hearts made of plutonium? Or, other than all the philosophical mumbo-jumbo, is it just how damned perfect they look, in contrast to the imperfection many "real" women see in themselves? Heh. And just when I was going to stop with the philosophy.
